Return Policy

We have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. All sales are final once the order is delivered.

However, we do accept return requests only in case of a wrong or defective item being delivered.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any return or complaint, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your package. This unboxing video is mandatory and non-negotiable — without it, we will not be able to process any return or damage claim.

The video must show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or pauses
  • The item(s) as received, including any defect or wrong product

How to Raise a Complaint

If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at work.naaridesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8840594817 with your order ID and the unboxing video.

Requests raised after 24 hours or without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for verified wrong or defective items. Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the complaint.
